How to watch Candy Shorts for free

Partly. Episodes 1 and 2 of every regular series are free, and you don't even need an account. They're complete episodes, not trailers, and they stay free. Spicy (explicit) series and every episode after the second need Premium, where episodes unlock with tokens (100 included every month).
